You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the engagement for services upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. The provisions regarding confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
